The Beijing BlueStar automobile accessories department outlined measures and optimized allocations for its production equipment operations and corporate requirements to raise the equipment self-control rate.
The department carried out exploration on the following automatic control systems: DCS control system, PLC control system and data expansion; investigated more than 40 technological processes and 21 automatic control circuits of production equipment; conducted analyses of variance on 17 key control points; improved four data acquisition systems and installed seven sets of automatic measure and control devices on key links which could cause quality loss.
