The BlueStar's first Communist Youth League Congress was held in the new headquarter’s building on July 18. The company’s general manager, Lu Xiaobao, addressed the conference. Forty-six League member representatives and 50 others participated. Congress elected BlueStar's first Communist Youth League Committee and approved the pre-selected list of candidates for the Youth League committee Secretary and elected the Youth League Secretary.
