On July 20, 2009, the 20th Bluestar Summer Camp held by China National Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bluestar Group”) and attended by the children of the company’s employees was officially opened. It was a large event in the history of corporate culture and summer camps in China. The annual summer camp has been held for the last 20 years. Not only does it embody Bluestar’s corporate culture but also it adds innovative value and significance to the building of corporate culture in China. The success of the company’s previous camps will serve as a model for future camps.

The dual value and significance of Bluestar Summer Camp to the enterprise and society make it a case worthy of in-depth study. As a preliminary analysis, this article mainly includes the following content: Analysis of the 20-year history of Bluestar Summer Camps, which includes the “changed” and “unchanged” factors. It is the “unchanged” factors that have promoted the changes and development of Bluestar Summer Camp.
